Mugabe has lost parliament, but is currently still trying to hold his presidency.
There are lots of rumours right now about him gathering his forces for war on the opposition party. Everything ranging from taking action action now, so that election results become irrelevant or giving up the presidency now, and relying on the loyalty of his military chiefs to stage a coup.
Either way, he is not making life easy for himself by not publishing the results of the election. The guy is just funny. :)
